The problem
A new client onboarding involves collecting the same information — name, SSN, address, investment objective — and entering it into three different places: the application, the CRM, and the custodian portal. Docuplete captures it once and distributes automatically.
New account applications from most custodians are fixed-layout or scanned PDFs with no AcroForm fields. Standard PDF form tools can't fill them. Docuplete's visual overlay works with any PDF regardless of its internal structure.
A not-in-good-order return on a new account application delays account opening and creates a poor first impression. Docuplete's required fields prevent the most common NIGO causes — missing data, wrong formats, unsigned sections.
