Each link is unique to a specific session. You can generate as many links as you have clients — each one creates a separate, independent submission.
The client interview is a responsive web app. It works on any modern phone, tablet, or desktop — no app download required.
As the client fills the interview, their answers are saved automatically. If they close the tab and return to the same link, their progress is preserved.
Append query parameters to the link to pre-fill fields you already have — client name, email, account number — reducing what the client needs to type.
Set an expiration date on any session link. After the expiration date, the link becomes inactive — preventing late or stale submissions.
Clients receive email notifications when they're sent a link and when their session is about to expire. You receive a notification when they submit.
